Summary:

Our company is efficient at laser cutting curved wooden chair backs. Our equiptment was designed to cut through chair backs up to 1" thick and can follow the profile of curved chairs. We give customers the ability to add custom detail that can not be accomplished with any other tool and our commitment to customer service through short lead times and quality design resources are unparalled in the industry.

We Specialize in Wood:

Our equiptment was originally configured to cut plate steel as most machines laser cutting at a HIGH WATTAGE are. We have configured our equiptment to only cut non-metal material as in our experiance; any firm that cuts wood and metal will run into problems of oil and bits of metal fouling up thier customers wooden components.

Equiptment:

Our machinery is optimized with a high wattage laser (1300 watts), and is configured to cut plywood and solid material up to 1 1/4" thick depending on material density and construction. We also employ a technology that lets the focused beam of the laser contour to the chair back with a "z-axis follower". Our CNC code is optimised for "continuous velocity" which helps to make the back of the part look as good as the front.
