Programming fees

All new programs (designs) are a minimum of 25$ and will be quoted on a 40$ per hour basis. This fee applies to each new program. Any image that has been programmed previously and has not been modified will not have a program fee. If, however you wish to change the program in any way it will be considered a new program and will have a minimum of a 25$ fee.

Fixture fees

Some parts with complex geometry (such as chair backs) may require a fixture charge. Fixture charges will be quoted on a per part basis. Fixture charges are a one time fee.

Set up Fees

All runs of parts will have a minimum of a 25$ setup fee. This fee applies to each design. However if common parts are run together but have different designs the fee is discounted to a 5$ change over fee. Parts requiring extra processes or tier 2 vendor purchases may have an additional setup fee.

Ex: A series of 4 chairs with different programs and a laminate inlay top is ordered. The setup fees would be as follows:

Chair program #1 - 25$ setup
Chair program #2 - 5$ change over
Chair program #3 - 5$ change over
Chair program #4 - 5$ change over
Laminate Inlay - 25$ setup

Part Price

Each laser cut component will have a piece price that normally will not vary with quantity.

The price of an individual cut out will change depending on what material that it is cut on.

Ex. A bear cutout on ¼ material is less expensive then if it was cut on ¾.

Material Liability Policy

If Advanced Laser is supplying the material for an order and a defect in the workmanship or quality of the product is discovered or a mistake is made by Advanced Laser; we will replace the material and cover shipping costs.

If the material is supplied by the customer and material is lost due to an error, Advanced Laser will cover the cost of setting up and laser cutting replacements, but any material or shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Terms

The terms for credit are 1% discount if check is received within 10 days, net is due 30 days from shipment date. If any account is overdue by 30 days we may require C.O.D. for any or all further orders.

Freight on board Advanced Laser Cutting. As we can not control inbound inspections, it is the responsibility of the customer to promptly and accurately document and report any shipping damage to the shipper.
