Although many of our
customer site the main benefit of working with Advanced Laser
cutting is our high level of customer service, our equiptment is
capable of producing unique product.
Laser cutting is a process that uses an intense focused beam of
light to produce patterns and designs.
Laser cutting is ideal for wood products:
There is no tear out or rough edges.
Scroll sawn or die cut parts have rough edges that need to be
touched up and sanded which take a large amount of effort and time.
Laser cutting is a "non-contact" process, the laser removes the
material with an intensely focused beam of light but never actually
touches the part. The only sanding you should have to do to our
part is a final sanding of 220 after it applied to your
product.
Laser cut parts have a darkened edge.
Laser cutting leaves a darkened edge that highlights the design. On
a die cut or scroll sawn parts the edge is not darkened, and you
see the inner plies of the material.
You can achieve a greater level of detail.
Our lasers cut with a curf width that is roughtly the size of a
pencil drawn line. We can laser cut square inside corners and the
detail we can produce is unmatched by any other process. Our
machinery is CNC controlled so all of the parts we produce will
match each other exactly.
