Initial Concept Sketch & Quotation

We find that keeping it simple in the initial phase of the project is recommended.

Our initial goal is to present the concept, qualify our capabilities and give a ballpark on the cost and timing involved.

We typically design on paper for the initial stages of the project. This line art can be scanned in at a later date and digitized.

Proofs and Signoffs

When a customer commits to proceed with a project, we then produce signoff materials.

Depending on customer requirements this may include engineering documents, digital renderings and veneer flitch samples. At this stage we also provide a order acknowledgement based on the proofs we are submitting.

	Engineering documents should show the construction details of the part we are producing and assure the customer is purchasing what they intend to.
	Digital renderings can be produced with the actual materials that we will use in production.
