Laser cut fretwork can be used for many woodworking projects to add a custom touch.

    Construction:

Our stock overlays are made from 3/32" hardwood plywood, sanded on the face side to 180 and backed with a water moistenable glue. All fretwork overlays come in a 1/2" x 37" length and the pattern repeats on a 36" center.

    Installation:

Assembly is as easy as using a moistened sponge to activate the glue, applying to product, and clamping for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or less. For best results pre-sand the part you are applying the overlay onto. The fret only needs a light sanding of 220 and will be ready to finish.

    Custom:

All of our designs can be stretchced, resized or re-designed to your specification, with a variety of panel thickness and sizes and a wide range of wood species. We can also custom manufacture per your own design and taylor our product to your requirements.
